Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit has been received, and

• The event details are agreed in writing​

Dates are not held without a deposit. No exceptions.

Fees & Payment

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure the date

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the event

• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the booking without refund

• Payments accepted via bank transfer and PayPal

Cancellation Policy

• Deposits are non-refundable

• Cancellation by the client:

  • More than 7 days before event: no further payment required

  • Less than 7 days before event: 50% of remaining balance due

We reserve the right to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

• A full refund will be provided, or

• A suitable replacement may be offered where possible, or

• If suitable, a reschedule can be arranged.

 

Performance Details

• Standard performance: 2 x 45-minute live sets

• Set times and breaks may be adjusted by agreement

• Setlist is curated to suit the event and audience

 

Equipment & Technical Requirements

We provide:

• Musical instruments and backline

• PA system (where agreed in advance)

The client must provide:

• Safe and adequate performance space

• Reliable power supply

• Shelter for outdoor performances

• Clear access for setup and pack-down

We reserve the right to refuse to perform if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

 

Venue & Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for:

• Compliance with venue noise restrictions and licencing

• Ensuring suitable setup conditions

• Managing guest behaviour

We reserve the right to stop or pause a performance if:

• Safety is compromised

• Equipment is at risk

• Guests interfere with the performance (E.G. grabbing microphones, pulling wires etc.)

 

Travel

• Travel within 30 miles of our base location is included

• Beyond this, additional travel is charged at £0.50 per mile (per vehicle, maximum of 2)

Additional costs may apply for:​

• Overnight accommodation (where required)

 

Liability

• We are not liable for:

  • Venue issues or power failures

  • Noise restrictions imposed by during the event

  • Delays caused by the client or venue

Our liability is limited to the total booking fee

 

Illness / Unforeseen Circumstances

In the event of illness or emergency:

• We will make reasonable efforts to provide a replacement

• If unable to perform, a full refund or reschedule will be offered

 

Media & Promotion

• We may take photos/videos at public events for promotional use

• No media from private events will be used without explicit permission

 

Content Disclaimer

Performances are generally family-friendly, but may include occasional mild explicit language in song lyrics. These can be edited out during the performance for specific family-friendly events.
